The charter

Neighbors in and around Port Ellery who will lend what they have: tools, ladders, a truck, a generator, a wet vacuum, a roof tarp. Each person says on their own page what they can lend; you write to them by email and they say yes or no each time. Nothing is rented and nobody pays. Borrowers are never listed.

The last row matters most in the Check-In Circle: someone on a shared list for putting a whole household in a Pool without asking is refused here before any other rule is read.

This is Maggie’s own screen for the list: her line, the keepers, and one way out.

Leaving sends one withdrawal message by email. The original drops her within sixty seconds §5.3. A copy cannot know on its own, so the keepers email the library’s copy at once, and the desk strikes her line through on the printed sheets that same day. Her page stays hers.

Privacy inside a list comes from its visibility, never from kindling_noindex, which means “do not include me in any Pool at all” §2.7.
